Suge Knight Appeals The Thrown Out Case Against Kanye West

UPDATE #3: A formal appeal was filed by the former Death Row Records mogul.

In the hopes of reaching some sort of a resolution rapper Kanye West and former Death Row CEO Suge Knight will take part in an over the phone mediation session. AllHipHop.com reports that both West and Knight will discuss the one-million dollars Knight is seeking following an incident at Miami’s Shore Club.

Warant Issued For Suge Knight's Arrest

The form rap mogul is on the run, reports indicate.

Former head of Death Row Records Suge Knight is on the run, according to TMZ.
A $40,000 bench warrant was issued for Suge's arrest on November 23 for failing to show up to court in Los Angeles for two traffic tickets.
The tickets stem from a September 23 traffic stop, where Knight was stopped for running a stop sign, and was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

Restraining Order Issued Against Suge Knight

Suge Knight can't seem to stay out of the courts these days. Now, the former Death Row head honcho has a permanent restraining order issued against him by former Los Angeles associate Elwood E. Chatman.

According to Chatman, Knight has threatened his life on several occasions. He even says Knight once sent 8 men to his house to harass him or kill him. The restraining order stipulates that Knight must stay up to 100 yards from Chatman, his car, home and place of work for up to three years.

Knight was also recently accused of pointing a gun at a man during an altercation. He is also currently enbroiled in a lawsuit with Kanye West.
