Drake Earns Over $150,000 Per Show, Documents Reveal

Drake pulls a hefty paycheck from each show, but how does he compare with other artists?

Concert promoters take note: if you want to book Drake, you'll have to reach deep into your pockets.
Documents from thesmokinggun.com reveal that the Young Money rapper pulls $155,000 per show, making him among the higher-paid acts in all of Hip Hop. But how does he compare with other acts?
Drake is far outdone by acts such as Rascal Flatts ($702,500), Kiss ($500,000), Keith Urban ($487,500) and Justin Bieber ($300,000). However, the Toronto emcee's price eclipses Selena Gomez' ($100,000), "American Idol" winner Kris Allen ($12,500), Sheryl Crow ($146,500) and Jordin Sparks ($75,000).
Currently, Drake is working on his sophomore album, Take Care.

Justin Bieber Investigated for Assault in Canada

Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated by police in Richmond, British Columbia after an alleged incident at laser tag facility ... this according to various reports in Canada.


A 12-year-old boy claims Bieber (seen above at the laser tag place, with his father) hit him while playing a game, according to the reports, though he suffered no visible injuries.

Rihanna Makes Big Money Per Concert

Rihanna was spotted making funny faces yesterday evening while shopping in Paris with Matt Kemp.  This just about mirrors my face this morning after reading the “Last Girl On Earth Tour” Concert contract.  Anti-Rihanna fans may have poked fun at the fact that she had to cancel a few shows because of poor ticket sales but she still banked a lot of dough.  According to The Smoking Gun, Rihanna made a guaranteed $410,000 bucks per show and the right to receive 80% of box office ticket receipts over $565,000.
