Foxy Brown was kicked off a Royal Caribbean cruise ship because she flipped out after missing her at-sea manicure appointment, according to TMZ.Passengers say she made an appointment last Monday, a day after the ship set sail, but after her outburst, was kept under supervision until Wednesday when they dropped her off in the Cayman Islands.
