T.I.'s counsel has reportedly been made aware of the letter, but has no plans of using it in an appeal.
In other news, T.I.'s seventh album, King Uncaged has moved to a December 7 release date, according
to Amazon.com. Many believe, however, that the album, said to feature production by DJ Toomp, Swizz Beatz and Trackademiks, will not see release until 2011. Atlantic Records has yet to send a formal press release on the project since the rapper's September arrest. Despite that, T.I.'s longtime artist Young Dro recently confirmed that T.I. did film between six and eight music videos to the album prior to his sentencing.
