Johnny Depp made a British school girl's dreams come true on Wednesday when he showed up at her school in full pirate regalia after receiving her heart-felt, hand-written letter.

Nine-year-old Beatrice Delap attends Meridian Primary School, which is just a few blocks over from the Old Royal Naval College, where Johnny is currently working on the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie. She decided to write to Johnny (actually to Captain Jack Sparrow to be more accurate) to request assistance with pulling off a mutiny against the teachers. For whatever reason, Johnny couldn't resist.

According to Britain's Daily Mail, the school was informed of the actor's intentions just 10 minutes before his arrival, which was greeted with "screams of joy" at the primary school. In her letter, Beatrice had written (spelling corrected): "At Meridian on Old Woolwich Road we are all a bunch of budding young pirates. Normally we're a right handful but we're having trouble mutning ageesnt the teachers! We'd love it if you could come and help!"

Beatrice told the Daily Mail that she was called out of the crowd by Johnny so he could meet her. "He gave me a hug and he said, 'Maybe we shouldn't mutiny today 'cos there are police outside monitoring me,'" she said.
