In October, Reek Da Villian held down a spot in BET Awards Freestyle Cipher segment alongside Mickey Factz and Zawcain. And while the notoriety that came with the appearance surely helped, Reek credits a much less desirable appearance for jump starting his Hip Hop career.

Chris Rock To Narrate Busta Rhymes' Busta Rhymes announced that comedian Chris Rock will narrate the upcoming sequel to his '98 album 'Extinction Level Event'.
Busta Rhymes announced earlier today in a Tweet that comedian Chris Rock will be playing a major role on his upcoming album Extinction Level Event II. Rock, who has starred in films such as Head of State and most recently Grown Ups, will be narrating the sequel to Busta's hit 1998 album. Busta also posted a picture of the two stars in the studio (see link below).

After last year's Before I Self Destruct featured only Eminem and Ne-Yo as credited guests, 50 Cent may be returning to an ensemble cast for his first post-Interscope Records release. The G-Unit Records head tweeted photographs of him in the studio with the likes of former label-mate Busta Rhymes, Swizz Beatz and a reunion with Lil' Kim.

Busta Rhymes, L.O.N.S. Sued Over '91 Song

Busta Rhymes, L.O.N.S. Sued Over '91 SongBusta and members of the Leaders Of the New School face a lawsuit for a song they performed 19 years ago.
Busta Rhymes and other former members of the Leaders Of the New  School are being sued for copyright infringement on a song they made in 1991. 19 years after the song released, executives at the Drive-In Music Company say the track, "Case of the P.T.A." on the group's debut album is an illegal sample of the Dyke and The Blazers song "Let A Woman Be A Woman, Let A Man Be A Man." The company explained that it had no clue of the song's existence until recently.

In addition to suing the group, Drive-In Music Company is also filing suit against the group's former home, Elektra Records.
