Did Lindsay Lohan Fall Off The Wagon?

Lindsay Lohan may need another intervention.  The troubled starlet was spotted outside a NYC nightclub flat on her face outside the Motor City bar in New York City.Lindsay recently finished a three month stint at the Betty Ford Clinic as part of her sentence for violating probation by doing cocaine and drinking.
We think that  going out clubbing probably isn’t the best course of action for the recovering star.
