Fantasia Barrino just dodged a huge financial bullet. The judge presiding over her boyfriend’s divorce case ruled Antwaun Cook was separated from his wife before he and Fantasia hooked up, so his wife can NOT sue Fantasia using North Carolina’s ‘Alienation of Affection’ law. According to radaronline.com, The court found the pair’s separation date was September 14, 2009 — not June, 2010, as Paula had claimed.
