According to PEOPLE, Lovato has decided to get help for an eating disorder and cutting herself.
“She fought through eating disorders and has struggled with cutting. [She] is taking control by getting help,” a close source told the mag.
It was also confirmed that a fight between Demi and a dancer on the tour hindered her decision to seek treatment. The singer’s rep issued the following statement on her behalf:
“Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time.”We hope everything works out for the best…
