DMX Goes in on Rick Ross and Drake

In a recent interview DMX gave his opinion on the former corrections officer turned rapper Rick Ross and former teen actor turned rapper Drake. DMX said that he is not impressed and added that he feels Rick Ross’ subject matter is not diverse.
“I’m just not impressed,” he said when a radio personality inquired about Rick Ross’ lyricalskills. “He’s aight, man. He talks about eating and girlfriends too much. How much can a nigga eat? How much weed can you smoke? Let’s talk about something else…I see a whole ‘nother side of the coin, son.”
He was then asked if he liked Drake, to which he replied with a simple,
“No,”  “I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his fucking voice. I don’t like what he talks about. I don’t like his face. I don’t like the way he walks. Nothing.” DMX stopped short ofcalling

Bobby Brown Blocked From Seeing Bobbi Kristina

Though he flew to LA to be with his daughter following the death of her mother and his ex-wife, Bobby Brown has yet to see his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown. Sources close to the man Whitney Houston notoriously referred to as “The King of R&B” flew in on Sunday night to see the 18-year-old, but hasn’t been able to reach her. This despite several phone calls and even showing up at an LA area home. Bobby is angry and believes Whitney’s mom, Cissy Houston, is a fault as she’s “hated him for years.”

Beyoncé’s Prepping Two New Projects This Year

According to singer-songwriter and producer, Ryan Tedder, Beyoncé is working on two releases this year. Tedder, who has collaborated with Beyoncé on her last two albums, made the revelation while speaking with the press at the 2012 Grammys. On Beyoncé, Tedder said she has “two projects this year” and that when it comes to Bey, “You just let her go.” When asked if the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, will be reflected in the new work he quipped that “it goes without saying,” but did note “the conversations about her next album literally just happened.” Beyoncé was already working on tracks for the soundtrack to her upcoming film, a remake of A Star Is Born directed by Clint Eastwood.

Whitney Houston Dead at 48

Whitney Houston died this afternoon ... a rep for the singer told the Associated Press.

Paramedics were called to the Beverly Hilton today when Houston was found unresponsive in her hotel room ... sources tell TMZ.

We're told police arrived to the scene within minutes and fire was already there on another call. According to our sources, paramedics performed CPR but it did not work and she was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM.
