Dr. Dre Settles $1.2 Million Studio Debt LawsuitParamount Studios says they were paid in full after Dre operated without paying the bill in 2009.
Last summer, Los Angeles, California's Paramount Studios filed a lawsuit against legendary producer/rapper Dr. Dre over unpaid studio session time. The head of Aftermath Records had reportedly racked up $1.2 million dollars in recording in the state-of-the-art compound, despite owning a studio in his home.
A legal spokesperson for the studio indicated that the debt was paid in full.
Presently, Dr. Dre is recording his third solo album, Detox. Earlier this year, Dre's label released Eminem's Recovery, the top-selling Rap album thus far in 2010.
