Country superstar Shania Twain is engaged to Frederic Thiebaud, her rep confirms. Twain, 45, stepped out with Thiebaud, 40, for a PDA-packed lunch at Serafina's Fabulous Grill in NYC on Thursday with an enormous engagement ring.
