Shaq & Hoopz Play Dress Up For Halloween [VIDEO]

Shaquille O’Neal and his fiancee Hoopz got into the Halloween spirit over the weekend.  Shaq tweeted a picture of himself dressed up as a woman named “Shaqeeta” and Hoopz was his sidekick Hopz.
