Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have been engaged for a year now yet haven’t sate a date for their wedding and if you watch “Real Housewives Of Atlanta,” you’d know why. Kandi’s mother Joyce isn’t fond of Todd or the engagement and it’s played a role in their planning.
