Serena Williams has already admitted that she had foot surgery, following an accident involving broken glass at a restaurant in Munich last summer. However, now it is being reported that her foot is badly infected and not responding to antibiotics.

“Williams has a serious bone infection (osteomyelitis) in her right foot that is not responding well to intravenous antibiotics such as Vancomycin, considered among the last-line of antibiotics that doctors use when all else fails.
As a result, Williams is losing weight and her weakened state has caused mobility problems.
In addition to dizziness, muscle weakness and low blood pressure, IV Vancomycin’s serious side effects include a persistent sore throat and swelling of the tongue and throat.

The BEP frontman will now be Intel's Director of Creative Innovation and he's also got a brand new app to sell.

will.i.am is making moves. The Black Eyed Peas frontman is now leading Intel as well, after becoming the Director of Creative Innovation with the company. He's also created a new application for Apple products, one called BEP360, which is the first off of will.i.apps, a new company he's in charge of.

Flavor Flav attended the opening of Flav’s Fried Chicken restaurant in Clinton, IA yesterday.  The Clinton location is the first restaurant in the chain to open to the public.
Flav, who graduated from culinary school in 1978 and served as head cook at several restaurants, announced his foray into the restaurant business late last year.  He’s partnered with Nick Cimino, whose brother Peter owns Mama Cimino’s in Las Vegas.  Flav initially began selling chicken wings for 99 cents at Mama Ciminos.

Wiz Khalifa Sets March 29th Date For New Album ‘Rolling Papers’

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania rapper Wiz Khalifa announced the name of his highly anticipated major label debut on January 26th during a chat with fans via uStream.
The popular artist, known for his hit single “Black & Yellow” revealed that the name of his album will be titled Rolling Papers, a nod to his drug of choice, marijuana.
According to Wiz, Rolling Papers will land in stores on March 29th and will feature a variety of guest appearances, as well as production from Jim Jonsin, Pharrell and others.

Nas Owes $6 Million to IRS

Nas is back in trouble with the IRS, as he now owes close to $6 million.

From spousal payments to back taxes, Nas has had some trouble with the Tax Man in recent year. Now, the Queensbrdge is back in hot water with the IRS with sources reporting that the rapper now owes close to $6 million.
According to The Detroit News, Nas owes $6.46 million for properties in Eagles Landing, GA and Queens, NY. A lein filed by his Queens condo's managers indicates that God's Son hasn't paid his monthly $420 assessments since January 2010, in addition to the $3,860 in common charges.
This isn't the first time that Nas has gone afoul of the IRS. Early last year, DX reported that he owed over $2.5 million in remiss taxes.
Despite this most recent report, Nas had a financial triumph earlier this month when a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge cut his spousal support fees in half.

Reports: Lil Wayne Is Father Of Missouri Woman’s 8 Year Old Boy

In August 2010, Brenda Ann Brown of Columbia, MO filed papers on behalf of her 8-year-old grandchild demanding that Lil Wayne provide a DNA sample to prove whether or not he is the father of her daughter’s child. The mother’s name was not included in the filing.

According to MediaTakeout, the test results have returned and show that the 8-year old boy, named Dwayne Carter after the Young Money rapper, is indeed Lil’ Wayne’s son.
Weezy has four other children by four other women.

Conrad Murray Pleads Not Guilty In MJ Death Case

 
Exactly 19 months after Michael Jackson’s death, Dr. Conrad Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.  Murray was arraigned today in a Los Angeles court room where he entered the plea.

“I’m an innocent man, your honor,” Murray said after the judge asked for his plea.  The judge asked Murray for his plea again, to which Murray simply responded “Not guilty.”
Murray’s trial is set to begin on March 28th. If convicted, Murray faces four years in prison.

Lil Wayne Says He’ll Never Perform In NYC Again

Lil Wayne’s recent Rolling Stone cover story may upset a few of his fans in New York City.  In the story’s accompanying interview, Weezy states that he’ll never set foot on stage in New York City again.
Though Weezy recently appeared on “Saturday Night Live,” which is broadcast from the Big Apple, he has no intention to perform a full concert in the city after his release from Rikers Island correctional facility in the city last year. “They’d have to give me U2 money,” Weezy told the magazine.
