Foxy Brown Planning To Release "Black Roses," First Female Rapper's 2CD

Foxy Brown Planning To Release
The album that's been three years in the making just doubled, with one album of hardcore Hip Hop, another disc of Dancehall Rock.
Brooklyn, New York veteran emcee Foxy Brown has been in headlines recently for antics more than music. The former Firm member last released Brooklyn's Don Diva in 2008, but revealed this week that she is planning to release Hip Hop's first double-album from a female emcee.
Foxy revealed to Billboard.com that she still has plans to release Black Roses, an album that she began publicizing over three years ago. "I'm in the studio every night, slaving," said the onetime Def Jam Records star. "It's going to be really big. One side is going to be straight Hip Hop and hardcore records, and a couple big radio joints, and then the other side is Dancehall-Rock."
Earlier this week, Foxy disputed published reports that she was escorted from a club during New York's Fashion Week.
Billboard.com also spoke to Brown about her opinion of Lil' Kim's attacks on Nicki Minaj, and last week's reports.
