Ras Kass' "A.D.I.D.A.S." To Be Formally Distributed Through Fat Beats

Veteran Carson, California emcee Ras Kass made headlines earlier this year when he funded his latest album, A.D.I.D.A.S. (All Day I Dream About Spittin') through Kickstarter.com. Taking pre-orders, the 4 HRSMN member rewarded fans with early pressings of CDs, golden vinyl, and other treats, setting a trend that's subsequently been employed by Chuck D and Public Enemy.
Quickly meeting his funding goals for A.D.I.D.A.S., the project began shipping in the summer of this year, sold exclusively through direct-buy websites and BandCamp. Now, Fat Beat Records is bringing the project with appearances by Xzibit, Canibus, Nino Bless, Jean Grae and Royce Da 5'9" to offline fans.
On January 18, 2011, A.D.I.D.A.S. will receive global distribution of the CD. (November 29)
UPDATE: Amazon now reports that the album will be available for sale on December 21.
