The Humane Society is going after Diddy after discovering the fur on several of his Sean Jean hooded jackets was actually made from a certain species of dog called “raccoon dog.” However the jacket labels claimed the fur was fake. Macy’s and Sean John have pulled the jackets from stores and websites and Diddy issued an apology saying he didn’t know dog fur was being used on his fashion line. Here’s the issue, animal protection groups say the dog fur is sourced from China where domestic dogs, cats and raccoon dogs are killed in gruesome ways to get their fur.
