It looks like New Jersey's own Joe Budden is in some trouble with the law. According to NJ.com, an arrest warrant was issued for the rapper by the Hudson County sherriff's office for failure to pay child support. Apparently Joe owes about $13,000 ($12,983) in child support, and a warrant was issued back in May. Joe has had run ins with the law before, as he was arrested back in August '09 for failure to pay child support. Joe has yet to make a comment on the situation.
