After a lost/stolen passport in Cannes, Lindsay Lohan finally made it back to Los Angeles for her court appearance Monday. Though she narrowly avoided jail this time, the judge ordered the train wreck to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet, avoid drinking alcohol, submit to random drug testing once a week, and attend the remainder of her alcohol education classes at a rate of one per week.
